1. Who we are

Lumsden Auctions, Calle Los Nazarios 11B, Poligono Los Nazarios, Formentera del Segura, Rojales 03179, Alicante, Spain.

2. Registration

You must register an account to bid. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all bids placed from your account.

3. Bidding and contract

A bid is a binding offer to buy at that amount. When an auction closes, the highest bid at or above any reserve forms a contract of sale.

Auction end times may extend automatically when late bids are placed.

4. Payment

Payment is due promptly after the auction closes. Lots are not released until payment has cleared.

5. Condition of lots

Clearance and liquidation lots are sold as seen. Descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith but are not warranties. Where possible, inspect a lot before bidding.

6. Collection and delivery

Lots must be collected, or delivery arranged, within the period stated on the listing. Storage charges may apply after that period.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Where a sale is cancelled by us, any payment taken is refunded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
