Account details (name, email, phone, addresses), bidding and order history, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

To operate your account, run auctions, take payment, arrange collection or delivery, and send transactional email such as bid confirmations, outbid alerts and invoices.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the platform — hosting, email delivery and payment processing — and only as far as providing the service requires.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or a copy in portable form, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
